Data we process
- Account details and a securely hashed password.
- Uploaded photos and generated portraits.
- Order, delivery and contact details.
- Payment status and technical data needed for security and abuse prevention. We do not store full card details.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to create and deliver your order, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Marketing is only sent with separate consent.
Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting and image storage, Replicate for portrait generation, Stripe for payments, Upstash for account and order data, and printen.eu and its print partner for fulfilment. Each receives only the data needed for its task.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal administration. Ordered images may be retained for reprints. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object by emailing support@printen.eu.
