Terms and conditions
These terms apply to Yours in Art orders. Last updated: 25 August 2026.
1. Seller and contract
Yours in Art is a trading name of Twilper, Merelstraat 64, 8916 AX Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 98440217, VAT NL005332508B94.
A contract is formed when your order and payment are accepted. You receive a digital confirmation.
2. Personalised product
The product is made from your photo and choices. You confirm that you may use the image. Screen colours can differ slightly from print.
3. Price, payment and delivery
Consumer prices include VAT. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Production may start immediately after payment. We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
4. Cancellation and defects
The statutory cooling-off right does not apply to a correctly produced personalised product. Your statutory rights for defective, damaged or incorrect goods remain fully intact; contact support@printen.eu with your order number and photos.
5. Law and complaints
Dutch law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Send complaints to support@printen.eu.
